In partnership with its tenants, under the direction of its board of directors, and through its external manager, CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (NYSE: CTO), the Company is committed to maintaining an environmentally conscious culture, the utilization of environmentally friendly and renewable products, and the promotion of sustainable business practices. Many of the properties in the Company’s portfolio are leased to tenants under a triple net lease where the tenant maintains and operates the asset. This lease structure limits the influence the Company can have on environmental-related processes and initiatives.

However, because the Company’s leased portfolio is largely made up of publicly traded companies who provide transparent reporting and strong commitments to ESG, the Company is able to reference these programs and the progress made by its tenants as it seeks to integrate ESG considerations into its operations in a financially appropriate manner.

More specifically, many of the Company’s tenants utilize environmentally responsible practices and have strong social and/or corporate governance initiatives. The Company is proud to partner with these industry-leading retailers as they implement and maintain responsible business practices. The following is a list of the Company’s top tenants with ESG and sustainability commitments:

The Company, its board of directors, and its external manager and its employees support numerous diverse community outreach programs, supporting environmental, artistic, civic and social organizations in the community. In addition, our external manager matches certain charitable contributions made by its employees and directors.

We are dedicated to maintaining a high standard for corporate governance predicated on integrity, ethics, experience, diversity, transparency, and being a good corporate citizen.
